Beijing’s HeyRunning camp starts on 10 May

Beijing residents can again warm themselves up in style for the Grassland Marathon via the traditional HeyRunning Spring Camp, brought to you by Heyrobics. This year’s training programme commences on 10 May and registrations are open right now.

For several years now the HeyRunning camp has helped people make their distance running debut in style, but also in shape. Fun is a key aspect of the camp, but running and training science is never forgotten. Designed by Linus Holmsater, Swedish ultra marathon champion and double winner of the Grassland Marathon, the camp is managed by people-who-know. Highly recommended therefore for anyone who has just started the sport and needs advice and/or motivation to prepare properly for that first half marathon or marathon. Intermediate and advanced runners are of course also welcome to join the HeyRunning Spring Camp. Special and specific advice is always provided. Proof that the camp works can be seen every year in Xiwuqi: several Beijingers coming out of the session have scored wins, podium places or indeed just simply concluded that first marathon.

The HeyRunning Spring camp begins this Sunday, 10 May, and costs RMB 600, but discounts are available if you sign up with a friend together. For more details, please contact Randy Richardson.
