Event Customer Service：All participants shall contact the event customer service after completing registration. The Organizing Committee provides dedicated consultation support. An official WeChat group will be set up during the event to release unified notifications and relevant information.

Event Timing：Timing chips will be issued to young participants upon on-site check-in at the competition office. A deposit of RMB 200 is required for the timing chip and will be fully refunded after the event. Please keep the chip properly. If lost accidentally, please contact customer service promptly to avoid invalid race results. Participants are requested to arrive at the venue well in advance following the scheduled arrangement. Late arrival will result in closed check-in and denied entry to the competition area.

Bicycle Delivery：Participants taking part in the duathlon who need to ship their bicycles may use the receiving service provided by the Organizing Committee. The receiving address will be announced around June 25.

Local Climate Tips：It is cool in the morning and evening, with nighttime temperatures possibly dropping below 15°C. Temperatures rise at noon, accompanied by strong winds and intense ultraviolet radiation. Occasional evening showers are common on the grassland. Please prepare rain gear and suitable clothing, and take proper protection against sun exposure, wind and rain. Mosquito repellent is recommended.

Event Safety Arrangement：During the event, the Organizing Committee will coordinate with local authorities for road closure along the race route. Police, medical staff and volunteers will be deployed at road crossings and hazardous sections to minimize risks and ensure a safe, relaxed and pleasant racing experience.
