Officially opened for navigation at the end of July 2025. Currently, there are only two cities offering direct flights to West Ujimqin Banner:Hohhot and Tongliao.
Participants in need may book tickets via Tongcheng Travel, VariFlight and the official WeChat account of Yajie General Aviation. Direct flights are not available daily, so please check flight schedules and book tickets well in advance.

Xilinhot Airport is about 160 kilometers away from West Ujimqin Banner, with a driving time of around 2 hours.

Participants may also choose to fly to Chifeng Airport. The driving distance from Chifeng Airport to West Ujimqin Banner is around 4 hours.

West Ujimqin Banner Railway Station
Currently suspended operation.

Chifeng High-Speed Railway Station is about 360 kilometers from West Ujimqin Banner, with a driving time of around 4 hours.

Driving from Beijing to West Ujimqin Banner: About 750 km

Via National Highway 207. Driving time: 1–2 hours. If time permits, you can visit Pingdingshan Xilingol Grassland Volcano Geopark.
Electric Vehicle Charging Piles
For participants traveling to West Ujimqin Banner by electric vehicle, there are three locations in the banner available for EV charging. Detailed locations of charging piles are as follows:

Long-distance Bus
West Ujimqin Banner Long-distance Bus Station operates coach routes to Xilinhot, Beijing, Chifeng, Linxi, East Ujimqin Banner, Ulagai and Tongliao. Please refer to the official announcement of the bus station for specific schedules and departure times.
Special Reminders
（1）The Organizing Committee does not provide charter bus services. Participants are advised to communicate directly with charter drivers and reach a transportation agreement independently. The Organizing Committee will not participate in any communication or agreement negotiation. Any disputes arising during transportation shall have no connection with the Organizing Committee.
（2）The competition period falls within the peak tourist season of the grassland. If you need to book a vehicle, please confirm the price in advance. The reference market prices provided by the Organizing Committee are only for your preliminary information and may not represent the final transaction price.
（3）Charter vehicles traveling between West Ujimqin Banner and Chifeng usually make a transfer stop in Linxi. If you do not accept the transfer arrangement, please negotiate with the charter driver in advance. There is no need to worry if you forget to make prior arrangement; such transfers are locally common and will not delay your travel schedule.

- Shuttle bus from Beijing Jian de men to Xiwuqi
It takes about 10 hours (RMB200 one-way) from Jian de men to Xiwuqi.
