Less than 3 weeks to go until the Grassland Marathon: the mileage is in the tank, the time has come to fine-tune your engine and who can guide runners in Beijing better than Linus and the people at the HeyRunning camp.
In order to leave nothing up to chance, the coaches at HeyRunning have put together a training schedule for the final weeks leading up to the Grassland Marathon on 30 June. In addition, on Sundays 17 and 24 June, participants will get advice and other tips on nutrition and general exercise before the big day. Have a look at the website or at the PDF file!
People who have not yet registered for the Grassland Marathon, or half marathon, or 10k, can still do so via this website. As previously mentioned, travel packages by Nordic Ways are sold out, so kindly make your own arrangements. In the next few days we will publish a few suggested (basic) accomodation options for people to check by themselves.
Finally, the people from HeyRunning are not going on holiday soon. They are already preparing the next camp: indeed, the Autumn HeyRunning camp is scheduled to start on 12 August.
